EXHIBITION Woman as Artifact
Museums have a funny way of revealing more about the observer than the objects themselves.
This conceptual campaign uses the art museum as a controlled, sterile environment — set against the richness of a woman’s internal world. She moves through the space unaware of the camera, observed naturally, her face withheld. Every detail of her body is treated with an anthropological curiosity.
Her belongings become exhibits. Catalogued, framed, and studied. Each one offers a glimpse into her interior, building up to a final reveal — when her face, and the emotion behind it, is finally brought to light.
This project explores the instinct to observe, categorize, and reduce women to what is visible — and what gets lost in the process.
Exhibition. Spectator becomes spectacle.
